RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1) You can return your item within 7 days if you’ve received the wrong item, a defective product, or something that arrived damaged — we’ll be happy to help make it right!
2) To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, clean, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
3) Kindly note that we may not be able to accept returns that don’t meet these conditions. Thank you for understanding!
4) We DO NOT provide cash refund. In the event where the item for exchange is not available, we will issue a Summer & Peach Store Voucher.
5) Please note that exchange/returns are NOT applicable for the following:
a) Washed Products
Our exchange/return only applicable for un-washed bras
b) Panties
This is to ensure and guarantee of hygiene of panties sold to clients.
c) Sales/promotional/best buy items.
6) Shipping Fee For Return/Exchange
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
HOW TO INITIATE RETURN/EXCHANGE ?
Malaysia:
STEP 1: Please email to contact@summerandpeach.com. Our friendly team is ready to hear you out and in the event of exchange, to check the availability of products to be exchanged.
STEP 2: Client is to ship the item(s) to us at own’s cost in the following address:
Summerpeach Collections, 11, Jalan Spektrum U16/18, Taman Bukit Subang, 40160 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
STEP 3: The item(s) for exchange will be delivered to your doorstep!
International:
STEP 1: Please email to contact@summerandpeach.com. Our friendly team is ready to hear you out and in the event of exchange, to check the availability of products to be exchanged.
STEP 2: Client is to ship the item(s) to us at own’s cost in the following address:

STEP 4: The item(s) for exchange will be delivered to your doorstep!
NOTES:
1) The colors of our products may varies slightly (10%-20%) due to the studio lighting condition.
2) There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and if you are unsure, please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.
3) For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
