On average, it can take up to 3 menstrual cycles to become entirely comfortable using the OrganiCup. Therefore, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee in case you are still not satisfied after 90 days. Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to receive a free size exchange and/or a full refund of the product (excl. shipping cost and handling fee by Organicup,Denmark) after 90 days of use and up to one year after original purchase.
